Love is the Key

Hello, and thanks for stopping by. I hope this week has been kind to you. My week has been peaceful and filled with love as I celebrated a birthday and felt held by friends and family. Yet, there was a feeling of unease even during those bright days.

The world feels alien to me. It feels filled with violence, unkindness, lies, and betrayal. I don’t recognize it anymore. While I have never felt that I fit in - in most places, those places are even fewer right now. Feeling very overwhelmed and out of balance, I reached out to a friend who is wise, complaining that I no longer knew how to pray! I pray for those suffering, those in pain, those who are sick, grieving or displaced. I pray for those who, because of circumstances, are now living in fear. Then I would crumple and feel it was useless because it is all so big, so ugly, and I am so small. The answer I received was spot on. He said my prayers were prayers of supplication and that was fine, but he offered something different. He shared something that he said changed his life…contemplative prayer, each morning, before a lit candle, and for twenty minutes, he sat silently, and experienced "just being." Let thoughts come and go and what needed to surface would surface.

BAM! It resonated with me. I used to do this, called it morning meditation. When did I stop doing this? Why? I felt it was a key. It is what balanced him at the start of his day, and used to balance me. Now, feeling out of balance, I need to restore that habit.

The other key he offered was love. Undeniably, that is the biggest one. We feel adrift now, alone, separate, not fitting…but we have community. We have friends, family, and those who may think and feel as we do. They are our tribe. Now is the time, more than ever, to recognize them and band together, in LOVE. There is another friend who signs all of her missives, LOVE IS THEY KEY.  It is.

We will need a lot of love in the future, but it is there. Reach out, find it, cultivate it and celebrate it. We need to hold each other, support each other and remember, as Ram Dass said, “We are all just walking each other home.” Find your tribe and find love.

A person who embodies this love in my life is Corina Andronache, or her pen name Corina Luna Dea. She is the author of Archeology for a Woman’s Soul, a seeker, a soul deep woman, a visionary, a creative and change maker and a wise and loving woman, who supports her tribe every day.

An autobiographical piece from her author page on Amazon.

My name is Corina Luna Dea, as I have named myself as a published author. Besides writing poetry and prose, I am an emotional archaeologist! I love looking for the root of things in people’s lives, where I believe, everything resides. I am obsessed with human nature and how we can live free of trauma, dogma and beliefs that veer us away from being who we were meant to be.

Born and raised in Communist Romania until the age of 18, I now live in the US for over three decades. I am a true Generalist, a recovered people-pleaser, a helper of the heart, a lover of all life...A “selfish altruist” who feels immense pleasure when able to make a difference in people's lives.

I did not know that I can write poetry until I was 45 years. I discovered my gift in the aftermath of doing deep soul excavation to heal abuse, trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, self-loathing and a feeling of being broken and insignificant. I began my journey in search of Inner Peace and I ended up a writer, poet, philosopher and coach—an Archaeologist of the Soul. A true Seeker, a curious person who loves to know more about the secrets of human nature and how we can attain and maintain a sense of well-being and fulfillment. Truly, a student of life…

I am deeply honored and humbled to be of service and support humanity be ushered into a State of Wellbeing, Kindness and Compassion by helping human beings become emotionally and psychologically healthy, fulfilled and happy.

I love dancing, music and nature. I am an excellent cook and I adore my cat.

Here is one of her works. Enjoy. Have a blessed week, and find love.

SOUL DEEP WOMEN STAND IN THEIR POWER

Soul Deep Woman, sister of my heart...

Do not let yourselves be defined by other people's definition of Power...

Because YOU are in your Power...

When you have to wake up in the middle of the night, night after night and hold your baby close to your chest until your baby stops crying...

You are in your power when day after day you wake up and put your feet on the floor....because some days it is the only thing you can do to stay alive...

You are in your power when you give it all you've got to a relationship that might not last...

You are in your power when you chose to leave a relationship that is not in alignment with your truth...

You are in your power when you chose to love yourself after a massive loss in your life...

You are in your power when you forgive yourself for the choices you've made...

You are in your power when you are forgiving those that hurt you...Especially those close to you that you depended on as a child...

You are in your power when you cry hard because everything inside hurts so much...

You are in your power when you chose to share with others even if you are not rich...

You are in your power when you smile at those you meet on your path...

You are in your power when you have the courage to do your inner healing work...

You are in your power when you nurture your plants and furry

friends...

You are in your power when you chose to serve and offer your gifts and talents for the betterment of the world we live in...

Now, dear sisters...Being in your power and having financial abundance are not the same. I believe that the person who asked me the question was referring to financial independence.

This being said, you can achieve financial abundance. You can live an abundant life and have everything you need and want.

But PLEASE, do not let anybody tell you that you are not in your power if you are not rich. Do not let anyone define you and who you are according to their definition of power...

You stand your ground, sister. You know who you are. You know your worth and it is not defined by money...

Nobody has the right to judge you. NOBODY!!!!! I believe that we are always where we need to be and our spiritual path is beyond this lifetime and how it manifests in this Three Dimensional realm...

You are in your power, sister...You are in your power because you chose to come as a woman in this world where women still have to fight for their right...

I honor you, sisters! I bow to your greatness! I am proud to be a woman in this life and serve along YOU ALL...Because I know that you give all you've got....

I love you dearly and deeply, beloved sisters...

Do not let anyone or anything define you...

You are the only one that can decide who you are...YES, only YOU!!!!!

Remember always that you are A Soul Deep Woman. Name Yourself. Grow roots where you stand. Claim your place in the Universal Puzzle. And let no one ever name you or define you based on their truth.

Because only your Truth matters.
